Protesters in Russia’s Far East Call for Putin to Resign

MOSCOW—Protesters marched for a second working day in Russia’s Significantly Jap city of Khabarovsk around the arrest of a regional governor, in a screen of defiance days following President Vladimir Putinwon a referendum that could prolong his ability for many years to occur.
